With a variety of different live entertainers from 80's cover bands to 60's soul, our Live Music Venue in the heart of Nottingham! At our great venue we operate an informal and relaxed eating experience, before the party atmosphere really kicks in! Your food is freshly prepared on the premises and to ensure that it arrives in the best condition possible, there will be plenty of time between the courses. Chicken & Leek Soup A smooth chicken and leek soup finished withshredded chicken, crisp diced potato and leekribbons. Seasonal Melon & Compote Tower of succulent Galia melon served with refreshing forest & citrus fruit compote topped with a slice of watermelon and finished with a fruit coulis. Salmon & Spring Fishcake Flakes of Salmon and crisp spring onion fishcake served with a tomato and herb relish and a mixed leaf salad garnish. Sticky Pork Crisp fried strips of pork smothered in Chinese plum sauce and served on a beansprout salad and sprinkled with freshly toasted sesame seeds. Bacon & Wild Mushroom Sautéed mixed wild mushrooms and strips of crisp smoked bacon tossed Salad (available as a together with mixed salad leaves in a French dressing. Roasted Tomato & Basil Freshly prepared smooth soup made from roasted Soup plum tomatoes and fresh basil then finished with a homemade basil pesto. Seared Salmon Fillet A succulent seared salmon fillet, lightly grilled and presented on a bed of steamed asparagus with a citrus and chive hollandaise sauce. Cajun Chicken Fillet Spiced Cajun breaded chicken breast served on roast sweet potato wedges and a warm tomato and coriander sauce. Pork Medallion Tender pork medallion in a wild mushroom and sherry cream sauce served on bubble and squeak potato. Italian Meatballs Prime beef meatballs gently cooked in a rich tomato and herb sauce served on a bed of freshly steamed penne all topped with shavings of fresh parmesan cheese. Fusilli Gorgonzola Tricolour pasta spirals tossed through a creamy gorgonzola cheese sauce with sautéed wild mushrooms and fresh baby spinach leaves. Goats cheese & Vegetable Roasted Mediterranean vegetables and braised Puy lentils in a crisp filo Filo Basket pastry basket topped with a slice of grilled goat’s cheese and served on a rustic tomato sauce.
