THE COOLEST CHRISTMAS EVENTS!

The giant gates that protect the kingdom from the modern world are forced open and through the swirling mist, the silhouette of the Tree Kingdom can be made out, lit by the glow of the moon hovering on the horizon of an African sky. As Guests take their seats they are met with a cry from the Chief of the Tree Kingdom, and upon his command, natives erupt from their hidden dwellings and perform an ancient tribal ritual in honour of your arrival.

Later, as darkness falls, natives celebrate their dominance in the Tree Kingdom with a glorious ceremony of fire eating, chanting and dance, inviting their guests to enjoy a superb array of entertainment into the small hours.

Your night in Timbuktu includes all of the following entertainment:

A mixed platter including all of the following dishes will be served to your table to get you started:

• Filo parcels filled with cauliflower & blue cheese (v)
• Courgette, tomato, black olive & sweet pepper antipasto (v)
• Garlic dough balls & italian olive breadsticks with roasted aubergine dip (v)
• Crispy jacket potato wedges (v)
• Tortilla chips with sour cream & chive dip (v)
• Pork & apple chipolatas served in rustic bread baskets with a wholegrain mustard mayonnaise dip

• Mild goats cheese, spinach & sun kissed tomato tartlet served warm with a red onion relish (v)

• Breast of chicken filled with a mulled cranberry & orange stuffing served on a bed of herb mash with a sage jus & fresh winter vegetables
  
• Papparelle pasta tossed in a light lemon ricotta & green pea sauce finished with parmesan shavings (v)
