The session starts with a comprehensive briefing from and experienced instructor. Follow the instructor around a sucession of routes which become more challenging as confidence and competance increases. Banks, inclines and of course mud combine to make it one of the most popular activities.

Follow on with a clubbing party pass giving you entry into lots of bars and restaurants and a few discounts on drinks included.
