Are all rooms en suite?
:Is the sky blue? the daftest question we are asked, all rooms are en suite!

Is breakfast included?
Full english breakfast is included in all packages unless by special arrangement!

Are the hotels central?
Most hotels are within walking distance of the city centre of your choice!

Is there a minimum group size?
There are minimum group sizes on most packages but they are usually not too large, usually 8 people!

What is the name of the hotel will we be staying in?
Hotels will not be named until a deposit has been received however we will be pleased to give you some examples of the hotels we use in your selected city!

Is Transport provided to our activities?
No, transport is not included in the package prices however Ice Cube Staff will be pleased to quote you a competitive rate for transport for any part of your package!

What if there is an emergency during the duration of our package?
Ice Cube have an emergency mobile contact number 24/7 which is given to your group leader!

Can I add people after I've made the initial booking?
Yes, as long as there is still availability at the hotel and activities!

Can I cancel my booking or reduce the number of people attending?
Yes but don't forget that deposits are strictly non returnable!
