Timed laps overy gruelling ground, you will be rotated and kept busy throughout the session, full qualified instruction given. You will be rotated in groups and kept on the go through out the session.

Target Shooting Prove you have a good eye for accuracy by taking part in target shooting. Full safety briefing given and qualified instruction given.

Archery It's out with the bow and arrow Guy's to give that Robin Hood fella a run for this money.
